Legal Notice Stone Bids 2026

Perry Township, Ashland County Ohio is accepting bids for 1500 ton more or less of a combination of #8 Limestone and/or #67 limestone.  Stone is to be hauled out of Hanson Parkertown and hauled into Perry Township Garage, Ashland County by June 30, 2026 with the possibility of additional stone being purchased after June 30, 2026.  Bid should include cost of stone and delivery to Township Garage at 1411 Co. Rd. 251 Jeromesville, OH.  Fuel price adjustments shall be excluded from this project and will not be considered. Bids will be accepted until April 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and opened that date during the regular business meeting at the Township Garage.  The accepted bidder is responsible to fulfill bid.  If contract is not fulfilled by June 30 and Perry Township has to get another trucking company to fulfill this bid, the accepted bidder will be responsible for any difference in cost incurred by Perry Township to have the contract filled.   Perry Township has the right to accept or reject any or all bids and accept the bid that is in the best interest of Perry Township.  Bidder must have liability insurance with Perry Township listed as additional insured and Workers Compensation and include copies with bid.  Sealed bids may be sent to Valerie K. Hall, Fiscal Officer 1567 Co. Rd. 175, Jeromesville, OH  44840 or brought to the April 7th meeting by 6:00 p.m. with the envelope marked “stone bid”.

Legal Notice Oil Bids 2026

Notice is hereby given by the Board of Trustees of Perry Township Ashland County Ohio will be accepting bids for approximately 20,000 gallons (more or less) of MC3000 and applying the same.  Price should be quoted per gallon and must include stone application, sweeping, rolling, traffic control and loading at Perry Township Garage. Stone provided by Perry Township. Bituminous / fuel price adjustments shall be EXCLUDED from this project and will not be considered. Bidder must be able to provide one pass application up to 20 feet and price to be guaranteed for the 2026 application season. Project must be completed by August 1, 2026.  Bids must be received by 6:00 p.m. April 7th 2026 and will be opened that date during regular business meeting. Bidder must have liability insurance with Perry Township listed as additional insured and Workers Compensation included with bid.
